The Jungfrau-­region offers more than 200 km of trails for skiers at every level. Particularly famous is the ski destination “Kleine Scheidegg‐Maennlichen. At the foot of the “Eiger Nordwand” the famous “Lauberhornrennen” takes place each year. Also, in the nearby town of Saxeten, “Schlitteln” (sleigh riding) creates excitement. At the end of a long sleigh riding trail, the evening ends at the fondue hut with a hot “Gluehwein” (traditional hot, mulled wine).
